Incorrect Address & Returned Packages:
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, a standard shipping fee will apply to resend the package to the correct address. Customers will be contacted to confirm the updated shipping details before the package is re-dispatched. If the customer decides to cancel the order due to an incorrect address, a standard shipping fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
